Role: Commercial Trader (Remote | Full Time)
We are the largest and first licensed on/off-ramp platform for stablecoins in Africa. We are dedicated to offering innovative solutions in the African stablecoins space. Role Overview
Working with existing clients, as a Commercial Trader, you should provide excellent customer service, maintain the image and vision of the organisation, and achieve the revenue goals of the company. An outstanding trading operations manager should display a positive attitude, focusing on customer satisfaction, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Top candidates are clear communicators who are highly self-motivated and eager to collaborate, exchange knowledge and apply new skills to proactively seek out weaknesses in the environment.

Critical thinker, organised and driven, with a strong knowledge domain. Dedicated and passionate about their job, humble and a real team player.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both French & English
- 3 years of experience working in B2B technology or financial services relationship management
- Have to have an entrepreneurial mind
- Able to communicate cross-functionally with Accounting, Customer Support, Compliance and Others.
- A proactive, results-driven person
- Able to work independently and execute tasks with intuition, based on broad instructions/ objectives from superiors
- Able to help with day-to-day operations for their manager
- Time management and organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
- The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- An ability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with threats and at times of high demand.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow revenue with previously established relationships with institutional clients;
- Execute trades in close collaboration with others;
- Keeping track of client feedback and recommending product improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping processes are followed
- Adhere to all risk management policies and processes, including financial exposure limits and compliance requirements
