About the Company:

Worldcoin (www.worldcoin.org) is an open-source protocol, supported by a global community of developers, individuals, economists and technologists committed to expanding participation in, and access to, the global economy. Its community is united around core beliefs in the inherent worth and equality of every individual, the right to personal privacy, and open and public collaboration. These beliefs are reflected in what the community is building: a public utility to connect everyone to the global economy.

The Worldcoin Foundation (www.worldcoin.foundation) is the protocol’s steward and will support and grow the Worldcoin community until it becomes self-sufficient. Tools for Humanity (www.toolsforhumanity.com) is a global hardware and software development company. It helped launch Worldcoin and continues to provide support to the Foundation, in addition to operating the World App.

This opportunity would be with Tools for Humanity.

About the Team

People spend fifteen seconds with an Orb, but a lifetime with the World App. As such, the App team plays a critical role in fulfilling our mission. Using the App, people can join the Worldcoin network, participate in decentralized finance in a friendly and self-custodial manner, and use their WorldID to unlock services across the ecosystem.

You will work with the product managers, engineers, designers and data scientists responsible for imagining, building, and maintaining the foundational crypto wallet primitives, as well as the decentralized finance products people around the world access through the App.

About the Opportunity

As a User Engagement Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our user’s journeys and communicating to our users. You will work with Growth, Data Science, MarketOps, and other stakeholders to ideate and implement user engagement campaigns across a variety of media, including push notifications, in-app banners, in-app messaging, and surveys. Campaigns will require a deep understanding of the technical innerworkings and limitations of engagement tooling as well as a strong statistical background and a drive to innovate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Shape User Outreach Campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to determine the best possible campaign based on available tooling, historical insights, and optimal conversions.
  • Operate User Engagement Tooling. Drive and create user engagement campaigns with varying form factors and goals that are often highly complex. These campaigns are both those centered around key user milestones as well as adhoc more bespoke one-time initiatives.
  • Conduct Experiments. Collaborate with product and data science as well as generate your own experiments to iterate to optimal outcomes. Analyze results with high statistical rigor leveraging SQL and implement learnings.
  • Build Scalable Process. Build a process to create scalable yet flexible global user engagement campaigns which grows to function in a dynamic environment with ever changing requirements.

About You

  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience. You have succeeded in high-performance operations or product operations roles in the past at similarly face-paced consumer companies. Tooling utilized includes Braze, Posthog, Firebase and Sendgrid.
  • You are detail oriented. You have driven high-impact campaigns before which require high level of attention to detail.
  • You gain mastery of tooling. You are able to quickly understand limitations and make the most out of engagement tooling. The ability to write queries in SQL is strongly preferred.
  • You have strong cross-cultural competency. You are able to communicate and do business across different cultures and countries and have experience working in cross-cultural environments.
  • You’re innovative. You love coming up with solutions to unconventional problems and taking action. This is a must
  • You’re analytical. You make data-driven decisions and are eager to contribute to larger strategy conversations.
