It helped launch Worldcoin and continues to provide support to the Foundation, in addition to operating the World App.

This opportunity will be with Tools for Humanity

About the Opportunity:

  • Work with directly with the Global Workplace Manager on priorities and projects on a weekly basis
  • Assist with Office Manager responsibilities at all of our Germany locations (Erlangen, Berlin, & Munich)
  • Manage office vendors such as food services, cleaning providers, and snack/beverage vendors to ensure the office is well stocked and kept in immaculate condition
  • Be a liaison for visiting teams to the office - providing assistance so they are setup with all necessary systems and service for success
  • Assist the Global Workplace Manager with office relocations and the opening of new workplaces when needed
  • Provide assistance for company wide events and leadership offsites
  • Own the budget for the office operations and vendors tied to each location within Germany
  • Welcome visitors & assist with onsite interviews (candidates, press, and VIP guests)
  • Help with new hire onboarding by providing a welcoming experience and ensuring they have a proper desk setup.
  • Develop and maintain workplace activities and events
  • Provide the team with excellent customer service and prioritize all daily requests
  • Ensure all office related repairs are taken care of in a time efficient manner
  • Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. heating system, alarms, security cameras)
  • Report any IT related issues to the team through support tickets and following through to ensure the job is completed
  • Ensure all compliance with local health and safety regulations
  • Aiding the wider workplace team, assisting with the execution of team objectives.
  • Other duties that are deemed appropriate for the role at managers discretion

About You:

  • Previous experience in a dynamic startup environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Great Customer facing skills
  • Event planning experience
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind
  • Ability to operate calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong personal awareness
  • Strong communication skills (oral/written)
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
  • English and German speaker
