This opportunity would be with Tools for Humanity.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading and executing web development for the Worldcoin, Tools for Humanity, and Worldcoin Foundation websites. You will work at the intersection of Engineering, Marketing, and Design (e.g., UI/UX designers, graphic designers, etc.) on diverse web builds, from ongoing improvements to dedicated landing pages for product launches, rebrands, etc. Your work will have high visibility and support strategic priorities for many teams across the organization (e.g., product, operations, legal, data privacy, communications, etc.).

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in web development
  • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Proficiency in Typescript and Git
  • Strong experience with Next.js
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS and Node.js
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Interdisciplinary and adaptable; quick to pivot in a rapidly changing environment
  • Radical end-to-end ownership
  • Practically oriented and “getting-the-job-done” mindset

Bonus qualifications:

  • Familiarity with GraphQL and Hasura
  • Understanding of headless CMS (specifically Prismic)
  • Hands-on experience in SEO optimization and Core Web Vitals
  • Knowledge of web security standards and mechanisms, ability to customize security rules to prevent security issues
  • Experience of integration with third-party services
  • Experience with Google Analytics integrations

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $85,000 - $125,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
