This position is 100% remote, based in Mexico, and will report to the HR Business Partner.

As the People Experience Specialist you will...

  • Deliver an exceptional employee experience to all Tribemates and execute initiatives that support our company culture, employee engagement, and talent development objectives
  • Manage end to end talent acquisition efforts for tech and non-tech roles globally
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance, support, and resolution as needed
  • Proactively identify opportunities and initiatives to continuously enhance the overall employee experience
  • Own various operational tasks, including, but not limited to, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, managing contracts, and employee file management
  • Prepare reports, analyze HR data to generate meaningful insights, ensure data accuracy, and enhance the People team’s data utilization and collection methods

Who You Are

  • Strong background in HR operations, employee engagement, and a passion for creating a positive work environment
  • 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, hyper growth environment, preferably in the Fintech or Tech industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data driven and problem solving mindset
  • Proven project management knowledge & skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English required
  • Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement
