The Role

Our rapidly growing Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s eager to work for a fast-paced, industry-leading company that has already proven itself as a game changer in the SaaS/Fintech space. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain collaborative efforts across marketing and business unit teams as it relates to content and review processes
• Manage tracking and execution of multiple, concurrent projects from intake, through creative development, feedback rounds, asset routing and approval, delivery and cataloging within internal drives; holding self and project team accountable for project delivery
• Collaborate with marketing team on the coordination, and execution both virtual and in-person events, ranging from webinars, roundtable discussions, and happy hours.
• Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Monitor social media trends, track key metrics, and prepare performance reports to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
• Manage promotional materials and event logistics when necessary.
• Stay updated with industry trends to inform and adjust the marketing strategy accordingly.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in social media management and event coordination, preferably within [FinTech/ Digital Assets Industry].
• Proficiency in social media management tools, content scheduling, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting style to various audiences and platforms.
• Creative mindset with a knack for design and visual aesthetics.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing strategies, and event promotion.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team.
