Operations Trainee – Fintech (Mexico City)

We are looking for a junior profile who wants to start a career in fintech by learning how real financial operations work behind the scenes.

This is an operational role.

Execution matters.

What you will do:

• Monitor and follow up on financial operations and payments.
• Detect errors before they escalate.
• Resolve operational incidents with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with commercial, compliance, and finance teams.
• Identify small process improvements that can later be automated.

This role is for you if:

• You dislike leaving tasks unfinished.
• You double-check before sending anything.
• You have a natural sense of urgency.
• You enjoy when numbers reconcile.
• You want to grow by executing, not just observing.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to financial operations, payments, CEP or SWIFT.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Functional English (we work with international providers).
• Experience improving or optimizing a process, even at a small scale.
