We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist (B2B Fintech) to join our growing team in Mexico City. This is a key role where you’ll help us build the foundation of our marketing efforts and position Crosspoint as the trusted partner for corporates expanding across borders.
Your Impact
- Design and execute B2B campaigns that engage CFOs, treasurers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Create high-value content (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, newsletters, webinars).
- Support our sales team with presentations, one-pagers, and enablement tools that convert leads into clients.
- Coordinate events and partnerships that strengthen our presence in the fintech and corporate ecosystem.
- Measure success through KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, ROI) and continuously optimize campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proven ability to execute campaigns and manage content end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- A proactive mindset, eager to build and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
