We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will coordinate and manage various projects, fostering effective communication and collaboration across different teams within our organization. This position is integral to our Product Team and involves close interaction with cross-functional teams including Business Development (BD), Engineering, Product, Marketing, and external partners.
Key Attributes We Are Looking For:
- Extensive Experience: Demonstrated project management experience in both large corporations and startups.
- Adaptability: Proficient in managing projects with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Initiative and Organization: Self-motivated and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and address concerns effectively.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, clients, and community members.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder requirements and company objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage dependencies and timelines to ensure project alignment and success.
- Identify project risks, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Notion to monitor performance metrics and ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and addressing any issues.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, stock options, Tokens and performance based variable part with an OTE ranging from 80k- $150k. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
