Job Description :

• Managing all monthly and annual tax compliances (i.e. withholding tax, value-added tax, crypto tax) across all entities in Indonesia and offshore (Singapore, Cayman Islands, Seychelles, BVI).
• Liaise with third party (i.e. tax office, consultant, auditor) for all tax-related matters, including but not limited to tax audit, financial audit, and tax ad-hoc projects.
• Assisting in tax planning and strategy to optimize Pintu's group taxes.
• Liaising with Accounting department in timely tax recording and reporting, performing DPP reconciliation on VAT and WHT.
• Research the tax legislation changes, assess the implications, and ultimately provide solutions and lead the initiatives to ensure the Company's alignment with the tax plan.

Qualification :

• Experienced in managing tax BAU, such as monthly WHT (Art. 21, 23, 26, 4(2)) and VAT reporting, annual Corporate Income Taxes, and liaising with the Company’s Account Representative.
  
• Experienced in initial tax setup for the new company, such as setting up NPWP, DJP online, etc.
  
• Experienced in liaising with tax offices and regulators
  
• Have a strong tax technical background, including tax in other countries
  
• Willing to build a network within tax communities and crypto associations for tax update
  
• Minimum 4 years of working experience
  
• Preferably has a tax consultant background (i.e. TaxPrime, PBTaxand, etc) or Fintech.
