About the Role:
The Enterprise Product Team at Notion, is accountable to how organizations adopt, scale, and succeed with Notion. As the owner of AI Governance and Admin Experience, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customers have the right visibility and controls to securely deploy Notion as an Agent Operating System and System of Record.
In this role, you’ll own Notion’s AI & agent governance platform—defining a clear point of view on agent identity, lifecycle, and trust boundaries, and delivering the admin surfaces and primitives to manage all of Notion’s AI products at scale. You’ll build policy, permissions, model/tool controls, and auditing/visibility that let organizations safely roll out agents from pilot to enterprise-wide deployment. You’ll partner throughout the org to unlock governed capabilities across the Agent OS surface area (including MCP, AI connections, and the developer platform). In addition, you’ll own the roadmap and strategy for the admin experience product to ensure that Notion as a System of Record can be deployed and maintained seamlessly throughout a customer’s journey.
This is a mission critical role as Notion re-defines what Enterprise-grade means in an agentic world.
What You'll Achieve:
Set the Vision, Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a roadmap that empowers large organizations to onboard and scale agents into Notion’s system of record with confidence.
Cross-functional Leadership: Work across multiple product and engineering teams to drive the scalable systems for user and agent management, team collaboration, and enterprise visibility to support successful adoption and ongoing management for agents and content.
Drive meaningful impact: Be a champion for seamless and delightful Enterprise experiences across the company, ensuring that the needs of security-minded organizations shape key product decisions. Partner closely with GTM teams to deeply understand business requirements, inform the product roadmap, and support strategic customer deals.
Customer-Centric Development: Engage deeply with Notion’s admin and builder personas to understand their challenges, workflows, and aspirations. Use these insights to shape product priorities and drive solutions that make Notion an indispensable tool for enterprise teams.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
Strong track record: You have a history of delivering impactful product launches and improvements in B2B environments.
AI Governance Background: You have fluency and point of view around AI governance.
Collaborative mindset: You collaborate well cross-functionally—especially with GTM, engineering, design, and developer relations.
Integration fluency: You have experience with MCP servers, API development, and enterprise integrations.
AI-pilled: You have a comfort and an ongoing curiosity with using AI tools for your product development process.
Ambiguity and Pace Comfort: You have a proactive mindset even for ambiguous problems with a drive to deliver results with urgency throughout.
