JD: Head of Product
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Business Development Hybrid to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with potential clients in the web3 financial services space to understand their needs, gather requirements, and define product specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong product development background with excellent communication skills, and a passion for business and relationship management. Experience in Tradefi and financial services would be a significant plus.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement core backend logic to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of our services.Develop, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.Work closely with the development team to integrate new features and services into our existing infrastructure.Implement monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.Collaborate with front-end engineers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.Lead the effort in code versioning, code reviews, and documentation, adhering to clean code principles.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in software development, DevOps practices, and the crypto industry to incorporate into our operations.Required Qualifications:
