Responsibilities
- Own and execute sales and business development initiatives to maximize lead generation and revenue.
- Source, structure, negotiate, and close deals with enterprises, financial institutions, PSPs, and strategic partners.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, FIs, and fintech infrastructure providers. Define, own, and track commercial KPIs (pipeline, conversion, ARR, partner revenue).
- Lead cross-functional deal execution with product, compliance, legal, and finance to close complex regulated sales cycles.
- Act as Director of the MiCA-compliant entity (AMF registration #E2023-085) , serving as a point of contact with AMF.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B complex sales, business development, or GTM within fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure
- Proven ability to close complex B2B / B2B2X deals, ideally in regulated environments
- Deep knowledge of payments, stablecoin and blockchain industry
- Eligible to be Director of a MiCA-compliant company regulated by the AMF
- Strong understanding of governance constraints in crypto/financial services
- Highly autonomous, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in fast-moving startups
- Fluent in English and French
