Your Role
- Identify markets and audiences for expansion and own the resulting launch
- Deeply understand our compliance position and proactively work with legal counsel to push the boundaries on distribution
- Build playbooks and automate processes as the business scales around social media, community, customer support, devrel, and more
- Active partner on strategy, product, design, engineering, etc. You will wear many hats and own work streams that you have no domain expertise in.
- Immediately help with hiring to build the company and culture you want.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience
- Previous founder or founding team experience
- Experience working on go-to-market and/or compliance
Compensation and Benefits
- We offer higher salary and equity than comparable startups:
- Salary: $150k to $200k
- Equity: 1.25% to 2%, with 7 year exercise window
- Token warrants
