Your Role
As a fullstack engineer:
- You'll work across the entire Megapot stack, from a modern React / TypeScript front end and Next.js API layer, to psql db and data indexing infrastructure
- You'll collaborate closely with design and product on UI/UX, and work hand-in-hand with protocol engineers to ensure onchain data is accurately indexed, structured, and surfaced in the app
As part of the founding team, you will be involved in all aspects of building this company:
- Beyond shipping code, you'll help shape engineering processes, technical standards, and the broader direction of the product and company
- You'll have a meaningful say in how Megapot is built, how we scale, and how we go to market
Requirements
- 5+ years as a software engineer
- Experience building apps at scale (1M+ users)
- Experience working at a startup
Compensation and Benefits
- We offer higher salary and equity than comparable startups:
- Salary: $150k to 225k
- Equity: 1.25% to 1.5%, with 7 year exercise window
