Your Role
As a fullstack engineer, you will work on our first-party app, backend infra, and developer experience.
- Build an app that’s universally accessible, broadly appealing, performant for users in emerging countries, all while abstracting crypto away.
- Build backend infrastructure to power our apps and APIs for third party developers
- Support third-party developers who embed our jackpot, give tickets away as signup bonuses, and build auto-subscription products on our protocol (examples)
- Own integrations including account abstraction, fiat onramps, and cross-chain settlement
As part of the founding team, you will be involved in all aspects of building this company:
- Active partner on strategy, product, design, go-to-market, compliance, etc. You will wear many hats and own work streams that you have no domain expertise in.
- Immediately help with hiring to build the company and culture you want.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a software engineer
- Experience building apps at scale (1M+ users)
- Experience working at a startup
Compensation and Benefits
- We offer higher salary and equity than comparable startups:
- Salary: $150k to 225k
- Equity: 1.5% to 2.25%, with 7 year exercise window

Tech Stack
You’ll get to decide our tech stack. Our MVP was built minimally with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Redis by a solo founder. Despite its shortcomings, it has found initial traction and strong retention. As we rebuild for global scale, you’ll shape our systems for the years to come.
The app right now is our proof-of-concept. The majority of our efforts are spent on a refreshed app, protocol, design, and brand that will launch soon.
