Your Role
As a frontend-leaning fullstack engineer, you will work on our first-party app and developer experience.
- Build an app that’s universally accessible, broadly appealing, performant for users in emerging countries, all while abstracting crypto away.
- Design a scalable architecture to enable us to launch apps on every platform and chain
- Support third-party developers who already embed our jackpot, give tickets away as signup bonuses, innovate on our protocol (eg. auto-subscription, ticket pools)
- Own integrations including account abstraction, fiat onramps, and cross-chain settlement
As part of the founding team, you will be involved in all aspects of building this company.
- Active partner on strategy, product, design, go-to-market, compliance, etc. You will wear many hats and own work streams that you have no domain expertise in.
- Immediately help with hiring to build the company and culture you want.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a software engineer
- Experience building apps at scale (1M+ users)
- Experience working at a startup
Compensation and Benefits
- We offer higher salary and equity than comparable startups:
- Salary: $125k to 225k
- Equity: 1.25% to 2%+, with 7 year exercise window

Tech Stack
You’ll get to decide our tech stack. Our MVP was built minimally with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Redis by a solo founder. Despite its shortcomings, it has found initial traction and strong retention. As we rebuild for global scale, you’ll shape our systems for the years to come.
