Our service offers a one-stop solution for all your security token needs, including seamless banking integration, thorough user verification with a KYC module, flexible OTC trading options, primary issuance services, cutting-edge blockchain technology, and smart contract deployment.

IX Swap Overview:

IX Swap empowers you with access to a new and diverse range of private market investment opportunities via security tokens and tokenization. This includes real estate, startups, high-growth companies, and more unique investment opportunities. We deliver this through our Security Token Exchange, IXS Launchpad (Crowdfunding), Tokenization-as-a-Service, and Fractionalized-NFTs platform. All powered by blockchain and DeFi solutions such as AMMs, liquidity pools, and decentralized trading to ensure true liquidity.

Responsibilities:

• Working with all business units to determine possible risks and risk management processes

• Analyzing IT security threats in real-time and mitigating these threats

• Ensuring newly-acquired technology complies with the IT security regulations

• Planning, designing, and implementing an IT security strategy for the company

• Managing the continuous maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimum security levels are maintained

• Ensuring that no internal breaches or misuse of data take place

• Determining the cause of internal and external data breaches and instituting appropriate corrective action

• Presenting regular feedback reports on IT security to the leadership team

• Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program

• Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes

• Partner with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of risk management concerns

• Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing current knowledge and future vision of IT security

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferable

• 5 plus years of experience in risk management and information security

• Experience with cloud computing technologies, especially AWS (Amazon Web Services), with security commitments to customers and partners

• Proven track record and experience in developing information security policies and procedures, as well as successfully executing programs

• Knowledge of information security management frameworks

• Ability to understand not only emerging industry trends as far as cyber security is concerned but also the landscape of emerging threats, making appropriate adjustments within the cybersecurity program

• Experience implementing cloud security technologies, including encryption, network security, intrusion detection, cloud monitoring, and digital forensics

• Well-versed in the rapidly evolving threat landscape with a strategic mindset to mitigate threats and an established personal network for standard methodologies and information sharing around emerging challenges in the security space

• Good communication skills with an ability to build strong narratives to highlight the importance of security to employees internally and customers/shareholders externally, including both technical and non-technical audiences

• Blockchain experience preferred
