Sales Development Representative

What you’ll be doing (i.e. job duties):
- Research and identify potential small RIA clients
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce Heron
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the Business Development Manager
- Learn how to use tools like our CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategy
- Gain hands-on experience in sales while learning about fintech
What we look for in you (i.e. job requirements):
- 2+ Years of relevant fintech or financial products sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a desire to learn
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversations
- Organized and reliable with good time management
- Interest in startups, technology, and/or financial services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Haves
- Internship or work experience in sales, customer service, or marketing
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Interest in fintech, small business lending, or SaaS
