We're looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager who’s comfortable in ambiguity and enjoys working on a wide range of problems. One day you might be driving a pricing and packaging project; the next, leading a RevOps initiative or planning our next company offsite.

You’ll report to our Chief Operating Officer and work closely with leaders across the business. This isn’t a “strategy by PowerPoint” role — it’s hands-on. We move quickly, learn by doing, and focus on making an impact rather than chasing perfection.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Projects: Lead initiatives across pricing and packaging, revenue operations, product-market expansion, and internal process improvements.
• Support GTM Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering) to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
• Company Planning: Support company-wide planning activities, including offsite planning, OKR processes, and strategic reporting.
• RevOps Ownership: Build and optimise revenue operations processes, ensuring data-driven decisions across the commercial function.
• Problem-Solving at Scale: Identify bottlenecks in the business and drive pragmatic, actionable solutions with speed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring alignment and operational excellence.
• Operate in Ambiguity: Take incomplete information and turn it into clear, actionable plans.

What We Look For in You

• 5–7+ years of experience in business operations, or similar roles within high-growth startups.
• Hands-on operator with a bias for action — you drive initiatives from 0→1 without waiting for perfect information.
• Leverage data to drive decision-making: Build models, perform analysis, and translate insights into actionable strategies across different parts of the business.
• Comfortable navigating the organised chaos of a scaling startup environment.
• Highly structured thinker who can balance strategic vision with operational execution.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives at once without dropping the ball.
• Passionate about SaaS, fintech, or emerging technologies.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
