Crypto Tax Calculator is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Operations Coordinator.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Operations Coordinator will support the senior leadership team and the company as a whole. You will maintain and drive operational efficiency across all business departments - becoming the team’s go-to resource for all things operations! About the Role

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate and assist with department-specific initiatives across marketing, sales and product.
• Report to the Head of Operations, and directly support the CEO and critical functions.
• Carry out essential HR functions including maintaining employee records, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage payroll, accounts payable, expense reports and regularly update financial models.
• Lead event management end-to-end for both internal and external events.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and the IT team to ensure compliance with SOC 2 security standards.
• Collate data and analytics for the operations team.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualified in relevant field.
• 2+ years experience in an administrative, operational, or similar role.
