Your opportunity

Join CoinTracker as our first Growth Marketing Lead, owning the channels, analytics, and experimentation that fuel our next stage of growth. You’ll build and optimize a high-velocity growth engine across paid media, affiliates, SEO, and lifecycle — driving measurable acquisition, retention, and revenue impact.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role at the intersection of product, marketing, and data. You’ll partner with design, product, vendors, and leadership to bring discipline and velocity to growth marketing — perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys testing and learning, and wants to scale a consumer + enterprise crypto business.

1-year outcomes

  • Scalable, efficient performance marketing program delivering net-new users and enterprise leads at or below target CAC.

  • Affiliate program structured with tracking, incentives, and partner content reuse, driving meaningful incremental customers.

  • SEO and organic experiments measurably increase traffic to priority surfaces.

  • Attribution framework (via Roadway, Segment, Metabase, etc.) implemented and trusted by stakeholders.

  • Growth experimentation roadmap validated with at least one new high-ROI channel (e.g., referral, co-marketing, gamification).

  • Clear reporting and dashboards (Looker, Notion, Slack updates) enabling ROI visibility and resourcing decisions.

You will

  • Own paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn) — from strategy to creative testing and optimization.

  • Manage and scale CoinTracker’s affiliate program, with structured tracking, incentives, and ROI analysis.

  • Partner on SEO improvements and lightweight content/organic experiments.

  • Implement and maintain attribution frameworks (pixels, CAPI, Roadway, Segment, SDKs) to measure impact with confidence.

  • Build a campaign and experimentation calendar — ensuring high test velocity and tight learning loops.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, social, finance, and vendors to execute campaigns on time and with impact.

  • Provide clear reporting on channel performance, ROI, and recommendations for budget allocation.

  • Explore referral, gamification, and viral growth loops to unlock new sources of acquisition and engagement.

Some of the skills that we are excited about

  • 8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2C fintech, SaaS, or marketplaces (crypto a plus).

  • Proven ability to run and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns with measurable ROI.

  • Hands-on experience with tracking/attribution tools (pixels, SDKs, CAPI, Segment, Roadway, Looker).

  • Affiliate program management and channel optimization experience.

  • Familiarity with SEO and lifecycle marketing best practices.

  • Strong analytical and testing mindset; comfortable building dashboards and frameworks.

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity — strategic thinker and scrappy executor.

  • Curiosity about crypto and fintech trends, with the ability to translate insights into growth strategies.
