- Systematic Frameworks: Build the step-by-step logical flow for automated trading, ensuring entry, exit, and adjustment rules are airtight.
- Rigorous Backtesting: Use historical data to validate alpha, ensuring every logic-set is stress-tested against volatility spikes and "black swan" events.
- Risk Architecture: Define precise position sizing, stop-loss logic, and Greeks-based hedging ($Delta$, $Gamma$, $Vega$) to protect capital.
- Derivative Intelligence: Interpret complex data (OI, PCR, Max Pain) to refine the underlying logic of our trading models.
Who You Are:
- The Logic First Thinker: You don't just see a "Head and Shoulders" pattern; you see a repeatable set of conditions that can be systematized.
- Data-Driven: You believe in backtesting and probability over gut feelings or "market noise."
- Options Specialist: Deep understanding of non-linear risk. You know exactly when to pivot from a long volatility play to a range-bound income strategy.
- Proven Performer: You have a documented track record of success in the Indian derivatives market (Nifty, BankNifty, FinNifty, and Sensex).
- Experience: 3–6+ years in technical analysis or quantitative strategy design, specifically within the derivatives segment.
- Analytical Mastery: Deep expertise in price action, volume analysis, and the mathematical relationship between Greeks.
- Strategic Breadth: Ability to design logic for both intraday scalping and multi-day positional strategies.
- Education: Background in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or CFA/CMT certifications (preferred)
