About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Senior Policy Advisor in Cryptocurrency to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for shaping our approach to cryptocurrency policy, interacting with regulatory bodies, and ensuring our practices align with global standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the implementation of policy strategies and initiatives related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  • Engage with legislators, regulators, and other stakeholders to advocate for favorable policies that promote innovation and security in the blockchain space.
  • Monitor global regulatory developments and trends in cryptocurrency to proactively adapt company strategies.
  • Provide expert advice and policy recommendations to senior management on matters related to cryptocurrency regulation.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technical teams to ensure that our products and services comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and public hearings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy development, legislative affairs, or regulatory compliance, with a specific focus on cryptocurrency or financial technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the blockchain technology ecosystem and related regulatory issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including government officials and industry leaders.
