The Capital Markets Lead will play a critical role in driving the liquidity, accessibility, and adoption of the Axelar network across traditional and crypto markets. This individual will bridge the gap between traditional financial markets and the DeFi ecosystem, ensuring the Axelar network achieves a strong presence across key financial market intermediaries.

1. Financial Products Development and Asset Manager Collaboration:

   • Partner with asset managers and institutions to facilitate the distribution and public market access to Axelar products via regulated offerings.

   • Provide market insights and support to ensure products’ successful launch and adoption.

2. Liquidity Management:

   • Build and manage relationships with liquidity providers and trading desks.

3. Exchange Relationships:

   • Oversee relationships with top-tier exchanges, including managing compliance and operational requirements.

   • Monitor trading activities across various venues and investigate irregularities.

4. Market Strategy and Analysis:

   • Analyze market trends, trading data, and performance of the Axelar network to understand liquidity strategies and trading conditions.

   • Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting crypto and financial markets.

• 7+ years of experience in financial markets, focusing on crypto or digital assets.

• Strong understanding of market liquidity mechanics, liquidity management, and trading strategies in traditional and crypto markets.

• Proven track record of working with exchanges, custodians, and institutional asset managers.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience navigating regulatory environments for financial products and digital assets.

• Established network within asset managers, liquidity providers, and crypto trading communities.
