We are a lean and well-capitalized team of 10, working hybrid with flexible hours all over the world. The team meets frequently in-person during offsites, where we focus on building connections with teammates and having fun. So far, we’ve had offsites in Barcelona, London, Denver, San Francisco, and Tahoe. Our current hiring locus is our in-person office in Singapore.

We are looking for a technical product lead who can turn our world-changing research behind blockspace markets into elegant, intuitive products for our users (who generally use Alkimiya to hedge blockchain transaction fees).

As much of this involves new primitives, we are excited to work with someone with the imagination and the fortitude to chart new ground in terms of product ideas and execution. Given the nature of the concepts (and some math) involved, the ideal team member is someone with a solid technical background — so that we can seamlessly translate between constructs and technical architecture.

As our first product-focused hire, you will be leading and creating many of our product processes as we scale. We hope to lean on your past experience in product management, while giving you the space to grow and lead the product function within our team.
